Hello.

A little bit about me. My specialty is treating narcissistic abuse, depression, anxiety, and trauma. I am well versed in the stressors that impact military families such as transitions and deployments. My therapeutic approach is a mixture of Western theoretical modalities (Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) combined with Eastern practices of mindfulness, meditation, and breath-work.

I have over 15 years of experience as a social worker and teach yoga locally. My journey into social work started with working in child abuse, traumatic brain injuries, foster care, school social work, and eventually private practice.

Therapy isn’t just about modalities and theoretical frameworks. It is also about a relationship between the client and the therapist, a sacred collaboration rooted in care, compassion, and curiosity. My style is one of warmth and intuition always moving at your pace. I look forward to hearing your story and walking with you towards a sustainable and life-enhancing change!
