Hello.

A little bit about me. I am the spouse of a military retiree living in Pensacola with our two children. I have over 15 years of experience as a social worker and teach yoga locally. After college, I worked in corporate and found that I wanted more meaning to my day which lead to volunteering in the community. It was those experiences that solidified pursuing social work, a career I love.

My specialty is treating depression, narcissistic abuse, anxiety, and trauma. I am well versed in the stressors that impact military families such as transitions and deployments. My therapeutic approach is a mixture of Western theoretical modalities (Internal Family Systems and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) combined with Eastern practices of mindfulness, yoga, meditation, and breath-work.

Sessions are tailored to your specific needs and my style is one of warmth, intuition, compassion, optimism, and collaboration. I look forward to hearing your story and walking with you towards a sustainable and life-enhancing change!
